Christy Largent uses highly relevant Power Point slides to enhance her presentation. Christy moves freely around the room and will not be speaking from a lectern.
Please use the checklist below to ensure the proper A / V setup.
We have found that our goal of having the audience get the most out of the program is met when these guidelines are followed. Please let us know if you have any questions or need any help when reviewing these guidelines. We would be happy to assist you.
On-site A/V support to troubleshoot before and during the presentation
Wireless lavaliere microphone (tie clip) (Christy can bring her own if one is not available.)
LCD projector (at least 1000 lumens). Christy will bring her own laptop with slide show.
Screen (8’ or larger, the larger the audience, the larger the screen) on a riser in the right corner of the room from the audience’s perspective) For workshop formats, front center of room is OK for the screen.
Please have extension cords and power strip wired directly to the stage for Christy’s laptop.
Please tape all extension cords down to the floor
Please place a small cocktail round, (or a 6’ skirted table if workshop), on the stage for Christy’s notes and laptop.
House lights should be up full. If possible, darken lights that are directly over the screen (i.e., loosen the light bulbs or remove them).
Please use risers if there are more than 50 participants so that everyone can see Christy.
Please set room temperature NO HIGHER than 68 degrees.
