Dear Friends,

Wow! I’m so glad you’re checking out my site – and finding out about what we offer you here at C.C. Largent Associates. I want to take a brief moment to say hello, and tell you a bit about my passion for this thing we call work.

I LOVE teaching the insights I’ve learned over the years on how to make your relationships work. Whether it’s at work or home, the principles stay the same. I’ve learned some secrets of how to “get along”, reduce conflict, work more proactively together, and appreciate the different personalities while working together towards common goals.

As you heard about in the About Christy section, I came out of a bad marriage way back in 1994. I ended up with two big questions:

#1 - WHY was I so clueless that I never saw the break up coming?

#2 -What did I do wrong?

You see, my relationships with my clients had always been terrific, I got along well with my co-workers and bosses, had lots of friends, and several deep friendship relationships. What was I missing so dramatically that I failed in my marriage so completely?

It was in search of answers to these questions that I began researching possible solutions. I don’t think you’ll be surprised to discover that it wasn’t just one answer – it never is, is it? What became obvious was that is was a combination of several different factors. The surprise to me was that the real crux of the matter was COMMUNICATION! And it was when I began putting into practice the critical principles (which I’m now teaching to others) that I began to see revolutionary changes in my relationships. (No, I’m not being dramatic.) Really, I mean revolutionary changes began happening.

You can probably hear my passion coming through. You see I am passionate about sharing the things that work. I’m passionate about helping people’s lives be better, happier and more fulfilled. I hear stories every day about the pain that’s out there in the workplace. I hear the stories of people who love their jobs, but are miserable because of the people they have to deal with. And I hear from people who are really good at what they do but have absolutely no idea how to start fixing, repairing and improving their interpersonal relationships – so they’re unhappy and de-motivated! I’ve met many managers who tell me how they’re ready to quit being a manager just because they can’t deal with all the junk their people bog down with. It’s a depressing saga.

My friends, this is why I think NOW is the time to face reality, take ownership of the situation, and begin implementing the behaviors in your life which will create lasting improvement and fulfillment. My programs will help this happen for you, as they have for thousands of others! I would love to present a program to your organization or association – in fact, I just can’t wait to help you.
